2024 was another incredible year for our organization — we are celebrating TEN YEARS as a confirmed charitable organization, growing from 200 families to now over 10,000 from 100+ countries!
We’ve grown in nearly every way and have even officially expanded our mission to reflect the five pillars of service we dedicate to — Awareness, Advocacy, Education, Research and Support. When we started this journey back in 2010, the original founders had the vision to be the premiere global organization for awareness, education and support, with the hopes to impact advocacy and research.
As you’ll see in our video, lovingly and thoughtfully created by our program manager, Deanna Bryan, we are exceeding the vision of the founders in innumerable ways. This does not happen without the continued, consistent support of our greater community including families, staff, board of directors, Medical Advisory Board, and corporate sponsors.
